Mold Site Specifications

5 acre site (14,000 m2). Fully tarmacked site, secure with palisade fencing and CCTV.
Blast room 75’ x 50’ (23m x 16m), completely steel lined and environmentally controlled.
Painting/coatings area 230’ x 53’ (70m x 16m) complete with a variety of Specialist Graco airless spray-painting pumps.
Full handling facilities, including craning facility, 2 x 10 tonne forklift trucks. Heavy lifts by arrangements.
Environmentally controlled works area.
A further 3 acre storage/laydown area available if required (12,000m2)
A separate smaller workshop for small projects.
A variety of dry blasting and vapour blasting machines complete with a large variety of blasting media’s.
